Make a Statement

Lately I've been addicted to buying statement necklaces...I've collected at least three in the last month! They are just so fun and can really liven up an outfit! They are so easy to wear too, all you need is a simple top! Above are some I've been eyeing lately. I got my three gorgeous ones from chloe + isabel (duh!). Vince Camuto has some gorgeous ones out right now, the top left and bottom right are both from his line!

Weekend Style

So excited its finally Friday...this week felt like it took for-ever. I don't have any special plans accept tomorrow I'm going to a NARS event at Nordstrom! The NARS makeup stylist team will be doing makeovers and Francois Nars (the founder) will be making a special appearance! Super excited for that. And unfortunately my momma lives 8 hours away from me so I won't get to spend Mother's Day with her :(

On Sunday I did a blog shoot with my friend Jacqui - she is an amazing photographer (as you can see from the pictures) and makes you feel so comfortable being in front of a camera! She has a website and blog you can check out here and here! 

I love these Zara heels, they are such a staple piece in my closet. They can really go with anything - shorts, dresses, denim, skirts, pants. You get the idea. I'm oh so tempted to buy them in black! And yes the shorts are from Abercrombie. I've had them since forever but for some reason I cannot get rid of them!
