I know its hard to stay on track with eating healthy on the weekends so I wanted to share one of my favorite smoothie recipes. Its easy to make and keeps you full till your next meal!
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup greek yogurt
handful of spinach
1 tsp ground flaxseed
1/2 cup berries
1 banana
Only 195 calories and it tastes like heaven :)
I drink smoothies like it's my job...I make a really similar one that I love!
