Breakfast Ideas

I don't know about you...but if I don't eat a healthy breakfast it's hard for me to be motivated to eat healthy the rest of the day. I'm starting to get sick of the same old peanut butter toast with honey or a cup of yogurt so I've been trying to switch it up a little. All of these options are packed with protein, and keep you full all morning!


1.5 cups Greek yogurt
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup mixed frozen berries
Half a banana
Spinach

Another favorite smoothie:

1 banana
1.5 cups of milk
1/4 cup walnuts (or almonds)
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Favorite yogurt...



1 cup of Greek yogurt
Handful of berries
1 cup if mixed nuts/seeds. My favorite seeds are: pumpkin, flax, sunflower and hemp.
1 tbsp of honey

Best breakfast on the go:

Starbucks: 


Spinach, feta and egg white wrap. 290 calories and 19 grams of protein



Grande iced coffee with a strawberry & blueberry yogurt parfait. 370 calories and 9 grams of protein

Dunkin' Donuts:


Egg white, veggie, flatbread sandwich.280 calories and 16 grams of protein
