 Hi loves! I did some digging through my closet last night and found this jumpsuit that I completely forgot about! Its the perfect jumpsuit - it can be dressed up or down and is perfect for date night or going out! ASOS has some super cute jumpsuits/rompers right now...I love  this and this one. The jumpsuit has definitely become a fashion mainstay and every girl should have at least one in their closet! When shopping for one make sure you choose one that suits your figure and avoid ones that are too baggy.

Leather ruled the runways for spring/summer 2013 womenswear collections and is here to stay! What better way to complete your spring wardrobe and add a bit of edge to your look with leather. Throw on a leather skirt with a lace top or a bright, lightweight leather jacket with a white sundress. Next item I want in my closet is a neon leather pleated skirt! This is definitely my favorite spring trend!

Music festival season is upon us! My festival countdown for this year started when I left Lollapalooza last year. There's nothing better then warm weather, cold drinks and listening to music with your friends - oh and of course the fashion. Thanks to fests like Coachella, festival fashion has become its own genre. I personally love the cool, comfortable, boho look - high wasted shorts, hats, fringe, big sunnies, denim jackets, crop tops, whimsical dresses...I could go on and on!

Weekend Wear

Today is my Friday! I'm off to Des Moines for my aunts wedding. I cannot wait for the festivities to get started! The best part is It's a country wedding...which means we will be in cowgirl boots, drinking from mason jars in a barn! Have a great weekend everyone!

Happy hump day everybody! Only a couple long days till the weekend!

How adorable are those Steve Madden wedges? I need these in my closet! My resolution this year was to stop buying so many shoes but I think I've already accumulated five pairs - and these may be my next victims. I'm also loving that hot pink dress from Topshop. Its the perfect color for summer and is so flattering.

 I found one of my new favorite online jewelry shops, BaubleBar. They  have such cute, affordable jewels and every Monday they debut a new trend. You definitely need to check out the website! Also how amazing are the Rachel Roy heels?! Ever since I saw Aimee Song wearing them I've been dying to get my hands on them, unfortunately the price tag is a wee high!

Hope you all had a fab weekend! I laid low and did a wine & cheese night with my girlfriends on Friday night and relaxed the rest of the weekend! This next month will be super busy so I decided to get some R&R before the craziness begins. 

How amaze is the graffiti in my pictures? I walk by this everyday on the way to work and of course the first thing that comes to my head is "need this on the blog." Once it gets warm out I'll be exploring Chicago for lots of cool backdrops for my outfit posts. So please mother nature don't dump 10 inches of snow on us tonight!
